ADIDAS WEMC & SMM

To create a platform for change, Adidas gathered all their European managers in Berlin for a three-day conference, the WEMC.

Sustainability had been a key topic for the meeting, which reflected in the catering, set up and transportation.
The days had been packed with workshops and lectures on creativity and consumer behaviour. In addition a one-day, app-based city safari in the heart of Berlin was planned.

In the same year the SMM for 600 adidas sales and marketing employees turned an old and decommissioned power station into a Victory Village with a mind blowing show and party.
